BOFFO Journal: Talking to the Sun is an annual magazine that presents writing, documentation, and imagery from BOFFO’s five artist residencies and 12-hour Performance Festival on Fire Island.
BOFFO had previously published books before, but none quite had staying power. Composite pushed to define design standards and proposed a new name, BOFFO Journal, to create consistency and recognition for the project, which will elevate the editorial and curatorial lens of the organization.
